Andy Karl isn't one of the most well-known relievers of all time. But Andy has one of the most relief innings worked in one season!

Pitching for the Philadelphia Phillies in 1945, Andy appeared in a league-leading 67 games. But his most impressive stat to me was his 180 2/3 IP. That includes two starts.
