Narleski, Really!

Ray Narleski is best remembered as a pitcher for the 1954 pennant-winning New York Giants. Later, he became a starter. His career, however, was brief, lasting just six seasons in the bigs before it all came to an end in 1959. His 1955 season, however, was just his second in the bullpen, and the year after New York won it all. Ray contributed nine wins and a league-leading 19 saves.
