So Pedro Strop "only" saved 13 games in 2018? That doesn't tell the whole story. His ERA was just 2.26, and his WHIP was less than 1.000 (0.989). Pedro was also credited with 9 holds in the 2018 campaign.

Perhaps it was some of his other numbers that were impressive, too. He allowed just 38 hits in his 59 2/3 innings pitched. Furthermore, that's 5.7 hits allowed per 9 innings.
