Orosco Really Wowed 'Em In 1983, Part 1

Jesse Orosco was in just his second full season with the New York Mets in 1983 when he announced he'd be around for a while!

Jesse put together and excellent '83 campaign. He pitched 62 ballgames for New York, all in relief. He finished 42 of them. Orosco had over 100 innings pitched (110.0). And he was a big winner, going 13-7. Jesse was on his way to becoming a very good pitcher.

And he'd still be lobbing 'em from the mound, 20 years later.
